AUT Akoranga Campus A1 Building and Atrium
Started in 2021 and completed recently, This unique project tested our capabilities in many aspect of our operations. A significant part involved fabricating 100 tons of LVL steel brakets, which required a high level of precision and adherence to stringent tolerances.
In total, approximately 400 tons of steel were used, including a combination of structural steel roofs, walkways and other components to the steel like seismic dampers that is new to us.
Northcote College Main Building
The Northcote College Mian Building, consisting of the North Wing, South Wing, and Atrium, is a notable three-storey structure with a basement.
This project involved the fabricatin and installation of approximately 430 tons of structural steel, showcasing our capability to manage and execute large-scale structural frameworks with precision and efficiency.
Constellation Bus Station
Discover Constellation Bus Station Successfully Completed in 2021.
Featuring twin stair and lift towers, a 27-meter pedestrian bridge, a modern canopy and ticketing office – all built with approximately 100 tons of structural steel.
TMA Maungawhau (Mt Eden) Tihi Boardwalk
The Maungawhau (Mt Eden) Tihi Boardwalk seamlessly integrates expanded mesh and hardwood tonka decking for its walkways, stairs, and platform, all supported by structural steel.
Fabricating the expanded mesh was particularly challenging due to its architectural requirements. Additionally, the project faced significant logistical hurdles, with materials being manually distributed and installed on site. Featuring a unique connector design, the boardwalk accommodates a range of piling tolerances. The result is a striking blend of structural elegance and natural beauty.
Lynfield College New Learning Block
Lynfield College Learning Block 01 features impressive circular hollow section steel columns.
This three-storey classroom block incorporates around 285 tons of structural steel, demonstrating our ability to successfuly deliver complex structural steelworks.
AIAL Hotel 4- Redevelopment
